i had my purse stolen with my phone inside which was hacked and the person did a bunch of fraud. They used XXXX from my chase business account and XXXX themselves twice once for XXXX and XXXX for XXXX on XX/XX/24. I called chase on XX/XX/24 to secure my accounts and credit cards and explained what happened and over the weekend on XX/XX/24 i called again when i was locked out of all my emails and bank accounts and they advised i go into the bank monday but it was a holiday weekend so when i went in on XX/XX/24 the teller showed me all the transactions and XXXX ones were pending i do not know why the bank did not stop them from going through or why they refuse to give me my money back as i have over XXXX evidences one showing the man walking away with my purse from the detective and all the information name address everything on the person who hacked into my phone.
