I opened Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card in Chase branch on XX/XX/year>. At that time, one of the welcome offers was {$300.00} travel credits, but I didnt see the offer in my account. I called Chase customer service, which told me the banker made a mistake didnt add the offer in my account, but no one can do anything for me. Chase was not able to fix or add anything to my account. I was shocked that I was told to have to take it as its, but no solution. It appears a scam, not really try to help customers, but using welcoming bonus to attract people open new accounts, but reject to provide any help once you open the credit card.
