I have had an account for some time with XXXX, it mostly sits idle to gain value. I received an email one day that my account was restricted due to suspicious activity, which seemed strange as I had had ZERO activity on my account for a couple months. They requested a couple documents from me and would return my account, per the email. So I sent the documents. Then almost a week later I received another email stating I needed to call them, I did an no one is available to take my call. I enter the cue on their app. It says 30 minutes. No one calls. I emailed back, again, they say they called and I didn't answer, to enter the cue again. No one ever called me! But I never the cue again, it says 30 minutes again. Over a DAY later I get another email saying they missed me on my call again. No, they absolutely never called. Each of these emails I requested over and over again to PLEASE just unlock my account so I can free my funds and place them somewhere safer. I get scripted emails back that say I must call or use the app to receive a call back, but I have attached my call log to show NO calls have come from them, I've been STUCK in the cue despite it telling me to join it again, and I've attempted multiple conversations via email as well. I just want to move my funds somewhere else. That's all at this point. I want nothing else in return from them, just what is mine.
