This new complaint is a continuation of the complaint I filed with CFPB XXXX. I I have those invoices too the bank provided too from XXXX, BUT it does not matter what those invoices say because the document XXXX and I BOTH SIGNED dated XXXX XXXX stating XXXX will GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK between the Sapphire and Freedom cards totalling XXXX is the MOST RECENT document that NEGATES anything any invoice says. So the bank needs to return that money back to me asap. Go ahead and ask XXXX : where in XXXX 's letter does he even MENTION that document signed by both me and XXXX that I produced to the bank? It is NOT my fault that XXXX changed his mind after he signed that letter. He even DRAFTED UP the document that we BOTH SIGNED. XXXX changed his mind and tried to extract money from the bank, being the DIRTY LAWYER HE IS. I had a feeling he would do that so that is why I RAISED THESE DISPUTES AND GAVE THE BANK THAT SIGNED document! And what does the stoooopid bank do? They GIVE ALL XXXX back to XXXX. I am the Bank 's client, NOT XXXX. they did not even LOOK AT THAT document with both our signatures on it. How do I know that? Because they NEVER DOCUMENTED it. On top of that the disputes team and exeuctive team go around and around in circles and never talk to each ohter. Disputes team does not even know that the XXXX team is supposed to be the top. XXXX is so arrogant that he thinks he is about CFPB! So go ahead and ask XXXX : HOW COME YOU DID NOT XXXX XXXX XXXX 'S SIGNED DOCUOMENT BY BOTH HER AND XXXX IN YOUR EVALUATION? BECAUSE IF YOU MEATHEADS DID, NO WAY WOULD YOU HAVE LET THAT MONEY OUT! XXXX from executive team finallly after 2 weeks of me chasing and chasing andn chasing called me back. He is XXXX 's boss. XXXX was the one who decided to give XXXX my money back. XXXX was VERY VERY arrogant when I talked to him. No apology whatsoever. The bank CAN NOT ADMIT that grossly mishandled this case. BUT THEY NEED TO CORRECT THIS. On the phone with XXXX XXXX recording attached ) : he tried to say " XXXX. Oh, in the document you and XXXX signed, how do we know that document is referring to the XXXX you are makign the complaint about? because there are no itemized numbers '' D'uh! What else could we be talking about : it plainly states XXXX between the XXXX and XXXX cards and XXXX and XXXX. So NICE TRY. Then when that did not work, XXXX said in his tactic XXXX : '' Oh my direct report XXXX XXXX in his letter that there was not enough information because you only talked about the XXXX in your SINGLE document. ' there was even a bullet point about this. I have attached it here. I said, " funny, XXXX only refers to a single document. Where EXACTLY is the bullet point referring to XXXX k about the signed documetn between me and XXXX? '' There was silence on the phone so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I don't care how they get that money back to me, they need to reimburse me now. XXXX would not even temporartily credit my accounts in the meantime,. HERE IS THE RECORDING HE And I HAD WHEN I TALKED TO XXXX THEY RECORDED ME TOO a few days ago. I am attaching : XXXX settlement release agreement you already have from my complaint the first time around that the bank also has but decided to ignore XXXX the document XXXX sent XXXX and to me with his bogus bulletpoints that NEVER mention the XXXX document XXXX was signed between me and him stating he is GIVING BACK THE XXXX XXXX emails and a text between me and XXXX XXXX the XXXX ( If I can attach it here, if not send me a separate email and I will attach it. Chase is a disgrace. they owe me my XXXX AND an apology! In the menatime I get a form in the mail today that the disputes team says I should fill out and I asked the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the bank if I need to do this becasue last time I talked to XXXX he said to just wait for the response about my XXXX being returned. So do I need to fill this out or not? NO BODY KNOWS! That is what I mean. This bank is so convoluted that NO ONEknows what is going on. My money needs to be reimbursed To DAY. This is BULL # ^ $ #! For me to do this much chasing around is ridiciloius. Chase is the perfect name for this place because you Chase Chase. XXXX XXXX
