On XX/XX/2024 at approximately XXXX am is when my card stopped working and purchases were coming back declined or saying that my card was invalid. I tried calling the card company every day since it started and was never able to speak to anyone and can't seem to get anyone on the phone to get answers and when I called today XX/XX/2024 I finally spoke with XXXXwo different people who could only tell me that my card is showing as invalid but couldn't explain why and when I was transferred to another department, I have been on hold for 27 minutes now as I am typing this complaint waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I have also tried logging into my account online and can't get into my account to see any information. Please help.
