Citiban has blocked access to all of my accounts with no reason. They claimed that a letter was mailed on XX/XX/year> but as of the date of the complaint ne letter. The keep refusinfg to unblock my accounts. I have paid bills on my account such as rent and truck payments. No since they blocked my accounts my payments are lake and it affecting my credit. My rent has aready charged me a {$50.00} late fee and the late for my truck will be posted on my credit report. Thia is unacceptable. I been calling them every since the accounts been blocked and keep getting the run around.
