Ive banked with Chase for 2 year never had an issue- actually loved and praise chase to anyone who asked. Received a alert to contact bank urgently. I called and they advised accounting has closed account for reasons the " aren't allowed to tell me " but the were cancelling their relationship with me and I have no access to the funds in the account ( its my bill pay account ). They advised they are not required to provide me with the funds is they dont deem necessary or the release of funds is to the say of the branch XXXX - and if they decide to decline I just dont get my funds back ever. Advised I am not allowed to do to the branch and I must " wait out '' their decision as to rather of not I deserve my funds. All of this started at XXXX XXXX EST on XXXX/XXXX/2024
