Complaint regarding Chase/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX -- -- XXXX REFUSED to credit me with XXXX reward miles on XXXX, as had clearly been stated and promised in their promotion ( attached picture ) for getting a new Visa card. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- - ALL MY CONVERSATIONS WITH CHASE HAVE BEEN RECORDED BY CHASE AND BY ME. *Opened the new card in XX/XX/year>, based on the promotion - '' get XXXX miles on XXXX XXXX after charging {$3000.00} in the first 3 months '' See attached. *Used the card immediately and charged {$4700.00} in the first 2 months, and paid it in full. *Called Chase on XXXX. XXXX, XXXX at XXXX XXXX, and canceled the card. The agent ( named XXXX XXXX confirmed cancellation and assured me that " YOU KEEP THE EARNED XXXX XXXX MILES ''. * I expect the company to honor their stated promotion and not to try to swindle its customers. * See attached a photo of the promotional mailing, which clearly promise " XXXX miles after spending {$3000.00} '' -- -- -- -- -- - Since this call and all subsequent calls have been recorded, it is easy to verify that Chase/XXXX is misleading and must post the XXXX miles in my XXXX plan and apologize for trying to cheat me out of the earned miles.
