Income recertification date extended after XXXX raised and XXXX was not reverted back to previous amount. Since this complaint issued, servicer was changed to XXXX. XXXX is now in forbearance due to SAVE injunction. Complaint is that MOHELA collected higher XXXX and did not reduce XXXX back nor did they refund money after income recertification date extended.
