I used Sezzle 's payment platform for a purchase at XXXX. I eventually returned the item to XXXX on XX/XX/year> and XXXX issued a refund for the return, however Sezzle ( the bank/credit card provider for this purchase ) never issued me a refund. I reached out to Sezzle directly through the Sezzle app ( a copy of this original communication is not included as Sezzle 's app does not allow for me to have a copy of the communication/request ) then subsequently countless times via email and was either responded to asking for information I already provided or not responded to at all. It has now been months and I still have not received my refund from Sezzle despite XXXX issuing a refund to Sezzle to be released to me. I returned the product on XX/XX/year>.
