Select Portfolio Services employees stole my Identity, created a new loan with a new loan number calling themselve the LENDER and SERVICER yet they provide the TrustXXXX information . I have no contract with SPS nor do they have any rights to collect nor will they receive XXXX XXXX. I caught XXXX XXXX emmployees in Wrongful Foreclosure with case now in Appeals. The Mortgage and loan is paid off. The new loan created via Identity Theft without Right, Consent or Contract now just costed SPS $ XXXX and 18 USC 1341/1342 Violations. Attached is the Foreclosure defense handbook which exposes everything. I also have a Securitization Audit from a U.S. Private Investigator proving Mortgage Fraud. I attached an Allong to the Note. XXXX and I also sent in a Affidavit Of Rescission OF Signatures which was never rebutted. So, fact is, SPS and the Employees are caught red handed in Contract, Bank, Mortgage, Mail and Constitutional Fraud trying to extort XXXX and i via ARTIFICIAL-LEGAL-PERSONS. I figured out the ENTIRE LEGAL/LEGALESE system Fraud forcing Involuntary slavery/servitude ( XXXX XXXX Violation ) via Grammatical deception, ARTIFICIAL LEGAL PERSONS, a criminal argot called Legalese/ASL/GLOSSES/SIGN-LANGUAGE with people using Color Of Law/JOB to steal property no man, woman or Corporation lent any money towards. If SPS can not prove XXXX ( Origional so called lender ) actually lent its own money ... SPS is out millions for this Fraud and Extortion attempt. SPS can take a hike. The Loan and Mortgage are PAID. There is no contracts with I and SPS and there never will be. If a banker sends a man with a XXXX to my house like XXXX XXXX did in attempts to steal it again = Domestic Terrorist and I will use whatever force I deem necessary to protect my family/property from a De Facto Government Service Corporation Employee who has no rights to be on my Private Property. SPS literally has been caught creating new accounts/loans without proper contracts. The Deed Of Trust is Violated and they even sent proof their new loan created via Identity theft is Securitized. This who situation is pure Fraud. Burden Of Proof is on SPS to provide the Contract, Note and proof there's a Lender named XXXX or they're being sued for Millions, simple. This is a Racketeering scheme involving XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. It is DEMANDED/REQUIRED the Accounting Records and Chain Of Title Be Produced. SPS is caught in some real crime and Fraud. XXXX and I are non-citizen nationals on a DO NOT DETAIN list verified by a Sheriff who ran our passports. This isn't a joke = 18 USC 112 Protection. SPS has been faxed the Audit, CEASE AND DESIST mail back, they keep sending mail = Harassment and Mail Fraud. There is no DEBT from SPS I agree to pay and not going to pay. I owe this property. SPS now owes me Compensation. NO STANDING TO COLLECT OR FORECLOSE
