For the last month and a half I have been trying to get a replacement card sent to me. My card was compromised XXXX times. {$700.00} taken XX/XX/year>, {$1100.00} taken XX/XX/year>, and {$1100.00} taken XX/XX/year>. Government funds were fraudulently taken from my direct express card when the card was stolen. I am a XXXX XXXX with a XXXX XXXX. I can not pay my rent, or buy groceries or pay my bills. I have been in compliance with direct express and have sent them all the documentation they requested. Please send a replacement card immediately to the correct mailing address overnight mail and provide me with tracking number. ALL benefits amounts owed to me added my direct express card immediately.
