To validate these accounts, I demand that you provide the following : The original instrument of indebtedness ( e.g., promissory note ) bearing my signature that proves the validity of these debts. A complete and detailed payment history, including the calculation of balances, and proof of ownership or servicing rights to these accounts. Documentation verifying your authorization to report or collect on these accounts. If you can not produce said information please DELETE said accounts from my all three credit reporting agencies at once.
