XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX never processed my requested consolidated loans request for ALL of my loans into one loan. They did this intentionally to cause me hardships as a student. They left the Consolidation in review in my Student portal and never processed it since XXXXAs a result of them not processing the Consolidation as requested and required they instead chose to put my loans into forbearance.
