RE : XXXX XXXX ( since married XXXX XXXX ) Entered into agreement in XXXX to settled account for {$1600.00}. First payment would begin XX/XX/XXXX and end XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX incorrectly advised XX/XX/XXXX ; but, my math came out to be XX/XX/XXXX. When I did not see XXXX updated to reflect this account settled, I disputed XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Both times the results were that the account was reported correctly. However, the XXXX report resulted in XXXX contacting me. I reiterated at that time the arrangement. They were able to confirm it was in fact settled and they were in error to advise XXXX it was outstanding. XXXX from Escalations assured me she would file XXXX complaints- XXXX for incorrectly advising XXXX and the second for not updating my credit in a timely manner. When I call back today, I can not get XXXX, but I get XXXX. I am then told they need XXXX MORE hours to re-investigate. However, they re-summarized the whole thing already to me. What additional time is needed?!
