From XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX, I made several purchases from XXXX XXXX on my XXXX XXXX. I also returned items and received price adjustments. On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed XXXX charges from XXXX XXXX that I did not make : XXXX - {$330.00} XXXX - {$160.00} Note : I did purchase a pair of corduroy pants on XX/XX/year> for {$160.00}. Both XXXX and XX/XX/year> showed up on my account. XX/XX/year> is legitimate, XXXX is not. XXXX XXXX that afternoon I called XXXX at XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX and spoke with XXXX. She said she could see no record of those transactions on my account and suggested I dispute the transactions. I then called the XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX, the salesperson who I purchased a pair of corduroy pants from on XX/XX/year>. She said that she can't see any information on my account regarding the XXXX transactions and also suggested I dispute. I called XXXX XXXX and was told these XXXX charges were fraud and that I had spoken with both XXXX and the XXXX XXXX store at XXXX XXXX XXXX, both had no record of the transactions. The XXXX charges were taken off my account and I was told I would not have to worry about them. My account was closed and I would be sent a new card in 48 hours. XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that the XXXX charges from XXXX XXXX were back on my account. I called up and spoke with XXXX and recounted what happened. She said that there were a lot of credits put on my account so the dispute person assumed I got my money. I explained to her that the credits to my account were returns ( I had returned XXXX corduroy pants since they were the wrong size ) and price adjustments. XXXX said she would write these up a second time and not to worry about it. XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that I the {$160.00} was back on my account and I was charged an additional {$75.00} from XXXX XXXX. I called up at XXXX XXXX and asked to speak with a supervisor. I recounted my story and she was not helpful. She said she will put a note in so that XXXX will call me back in 48 hours. I explained I am a teacher and am not available until after XXXX XXXX. I asked her if there was anything else that can be done, she said no and hung up. I then called XXXX Investments to see if I can get help on this issue. I found on XXXX that XXXX XXXX is the Vice President of Credit Card Products. I am waiting to hear back. In addition, on XX/XX/XXXX I called up XXXX XXXX to discuss a charge for {$310.00} that my therapist 's office, XXXX, charged me incorrectly. I recounted the story that one of the secretaries decided to arbitrarily charge my card because I have a balance without submitting to insurance. I have a balance because my therapist did not submit his billing. I was told this would also be taken care of. On XX/XX/XXXX, I also noticed this charge was back on my account. I spoke with XXXX about it and was told it would be resubmitted to the dispute team.
