I received a promotion to receive additional rewards points of track action was completed on XX/XX/XXXX. I made XXXX purchase transactions. XXXX was with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> at XXXX PM in the amount of {$1000.00} the second transaction was completed with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> at XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1200.00}. After I did both transactions, I contacted Bank of America and verified the transactions were there so I could receive the rewards points. I did not receive the rewards points yet they confirmed both transactions were completed per the promotion. I made several attempts to resolve the issue with Bank of America and they still have not resolved the issue. I called XXXX and was on hold for 36+ minutes for representative and did not reach a representative so I filed this complaint. I did use my other telephone and received the loan department and asked for an escalation manager, and the gentleman refused to submit me to an escalation manager. Instead, he transferred me right back into the consumer credit phone tree.
