On XX/XX/XXXX I was checking my Credit Score on my XXXX XXXX XXXX site and observed these two loans listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I performed a XXXX search and called ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX and spoke to XXXX and informed her that person ( XXXX ) unknown took out these loans fraudulently. She informed me that the loans were for XXXX XXXX. I then called ( XXXX ) XXXX at XXXX and was informed to send two emails. One email to XXXX and another email to XXXX. I sent the emails at XXXX that day, Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX. I receive an email on XX/XX/XXXX from the Assistant Vice Presisdent if XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that the fake account was closed out with XXXXXXXX XXXX for identity theft. I notified the XXXX credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and am still trying to file a report with the XXXX Department of Education XXXX of the Inspector General at ( XXXX ) XXXX I filed a report ( XXXX ) with the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Aidvantage refuses to freeze these two fraudulent loans.
