Consumer Narrative

Today makes the XXXX time I couldnt make a online purchase with this company the other one was back in XXXX my card got declined several times during check out I called and informed them I could not make a purchase for a little over {$85.00} fidelity swore they wasnt blocking my card to where I couldnt use it but I know otherwise fidelity doesnt give straight answers and doesnt fix the issue which led me to filing a complaint. I just filed a complaint a few weeks ago about card issues Its because this company doesnt address anything They just told me they dont know why my account is suspended or etc I said either way Im not able to use the card and I dont want them to retaliate against me so this time I am looking for some answers this route either way my card should not be declining if I was in a serious situation, it would be a very sad thing this is for my account ending in XXXX I also finally called the other company and they told me that it is not on their end for my card not accepting the order also I have my account on paperless statements and every month this company still sends me out statements and the mail kicks back to my old address and gets returned to my old addresses causing my entire account to send me emails saying I have to call in to verify my information in order to use my account I have had a lot of issues/ concerns within the small about of time of having the fidelity rewards credit card to where its getting frustrating keep putting in complaints about the same stuff I also noticed they used to be a messaging system where you can send him a message online and I dont see it online anymore so I have to automatically call them all the time so thats very inconvenient to me as well as in this situation I couldve sent him some screenshots of what I was looking at for my decline card either way as of today my card is still not working. I also noticed when I call in this company asked me an extensive amount of verifying questions that takes a lot of energy and Im not sure why they have that going. Also, every time I use my username and password to log into their website, Im always asked to have a passcode get sent to me. They have a two-step verification enabled on my account which I do not prefer to use, but the problem is if I put my username and password in and didnt have another option for a security code to get sent to me. I will be locked out so I would like them to remove the security 2 step off my account that comes after I put my username and password in thank you
