So I spoke to U.S. Bank on XXXX different occasions to see if I can get refunded overdraft protection fees. I have my account set up for no overdraft protection, but I still get charged on those fees for the whole year. I have a total of XXXX and they refuse refund me those fees, Ive made XXXX complaints with the bank, asking for a refund of the fees, and they refuse to.
