I purchased an item on XXXX, on XX/XX/year>, in the amount of {$150.00} with my direct express debit XXXX. transaction was excepted by XXXX and transaction was completed successfully between XXXX and direct express on XX/XX/year>. at this I was unaware that my card had been put on hold. when I tried to contact customer service ( XXXX ) I was put on hold. I waited about 45 minutes with no response. called again an hour or so later and again put on hold with no response. this has been going on for 2 weeks.the card is now coming up invalid, i had approx {$400.00} in the account at the time of said purchase, on XX/XX/year> my social security check was deposited to the card.total on the approx {$1800.00}. I have changed my future deposits since but can't get any response from direct express, this is my only source of income. please help me get my money back!
