I am a citibank customer. I have a checking, savings, macys, macys XXXX and a citi double cash credit card. About a month ago it locked about 3 times in one day and I was able to fix it and only one supervisor out of three was able to help me with my transaction. The very next morning, I wanted to make another transaction so I called first to have a supervisor on the phone while I make the transaction incase I have an issue and didn't want to get the card locked again. The representative was rude, disrespectful, joking, laughing at me and should not be working for customer service. She didn't want to transfer me to a supervisor and told me my security word was wrong and locked my account. It's been over a month and I received letters with the reference numbers multiple times and everytime I call to verify, I am told it's the wrong letter. This is unacceptable and I'm very upset with the help and service of most of the representatives for citibank besides a couple here and there. But most of them are unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I want to use my double cash citi credit card. I have multiple accounts with citibank and I want my card unlocked now!
