My savings account was hacked and 13 wired transfers to the same account at different dates were made, no 2 stage validation was done by the company, they didn't even find out that something is strange. I was shocked to find out that more than XXXX $ were missing from it and no action was taken by Chase, I informed them immediately as I was noticed that. I am waiting for other instructions from Chase but I want to make sure that in parallel the needed action would be taken to prevent it and restore the funds we had, before the incident.
