Hi I've had my business account for over 5 years. I have recently turned to private investors to fund my business and school I am opening and hair care product line. I had previous checks that have not been under scrutiny. I recently deposited a check it cleared my account XXXX. Partial funds were originally set to release but extended was placed on check until receiving bank pays, which did clear. When I went to my online banking my account was locked and when I spoke to risk management and managers I keep getting XXXX information regarding why and no notes on my account stating exactly why account was scheduled to close XXXX XXXX 2024 except someone in risk management thought check was altered in some way but could not tell me how. Everytime I spoke with a manager I asked to have calls reviewed because reps had told me other info each time I called. No manager offered an apology or even said they would listen to the calls. I informed I wanted to file a complaint but I was told they would note my account. After speaking to 2 hire up managers which both told me 2 different things and outcomes, I was told they would close my account and send funds then told I wont get funds and they will hold them until they see what needs to be done. My Rent, payroll, contractors that are expanding salon space have not been paid nor vendors my hair products I need to use to perform my services as a hairstylist I have a mortgage XXXX young children and have just asked for a one time partial release of my available funds just so I can pay my bills due now. They first told me request takes 5 days and nothing can be done about it then said it was requested while they transferred me to the manager and the manger said it was denied. This is completely unacceptable and frustrating especially around the holidays. I have contacted several outlets to help in expediting this matter. I hope you can help me I've also filed a complaint with OCC and I am waiting for a response. Thank You I hope to get this resolved without any more Delay.
