I wired {$40000.00} to the Robinhood exchange approximately XXXX weeks ago. When I tried to withdraw money to my XXXX wallet they restricted my account immediately. They claimed that a review of my account was necessary. I went through XXXX long phone calls with many questions and the account remained restricted. By design, they make it difficult to communicate with customer support. Through a procedure on their app I ask to be called. The response calls are not forthcoming in a responsible way. I missed a couple calls because my phone ringer got accidentally turned to a low volume. They send me procedures to get them to call me, which involve their app. These procedures do not agree with how the app works. I have told them and even sent screen shots but I get no response. I have an email for them and have sent quite a few requests to get my account unrestricted, but they always respond with the app steps to get a call back which do not work. I wonder if they are trying to keep my money.
