The account of SYNCB/XXXX XXXX on my all there credit reports is showing late payments of 30 days which happened in XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX 60 days which happened in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX respectively. The account was under my personal individual responsibility. First of all XXXX 60 days late payments can't happen one after another since after 60 days delinquency 90 days follows. That is the first inconsistency. Second of all according to the report, the account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX and the last payment received in XX/XX/XXXX. Since the account was closed and paid off there have not been any activities. Finally, I contacted the creditor, and they confirmed that since the account had been inactive ( no purchases ), late payments could never have occurred. I am requesting deletion of negative information form the specified account on all my major credit bureau.
