On XX/XX/year> I used my Citicards CC to make an online purchase for an XXXX with a merchant XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) in the amount of {$2000.00}. All I received was an automated email confirmation of what I purchased from the merchant. After about a month with no response from the merchant, on XX/XX/year> I reached out to the merchant through email and their website chat bot with no response. On XX/XX/year> I called Citicards to dispute the charge. On XX/XX/year> Citicards reach out to the merchant. The merchant responded on XX/XX/year>. What they responded with was simply my information ( name, address, CC information ), the item I purchased and the description of the item. No tracking information or anything of that nature, obviously they never shipped anything. On XX/XX/XXXX Citicards decided in the merchants favor and reversed the charge of {$2000.00} back on my Citicards CC. Additional information was again sent to Citicards on XX/XX/XXXX without any resolution. Again, I have not received anything from the merchant XXXX XXXX. They have been totally unresponsive. Citicards reversed my dispute and is charging me the full amount of {$2000.00} without a tracking number or anything of proof from XXXX XXXX showing that they ever fullfilled my purchase. My Citicards claim dispute reference ID number is XXXX
