Citi Bank locked my account. When I call to try and talk to inquire about the problem they tell me, We cant give you any information and then they hang up. I made a complaint with CFPB previously and they responded that they sent a letter to a verified address. I havent received any letter to my address. Looking at similar situations on XXXX and XXXX website, other consumers are stating Citi is sending letters to previous addresses. I only live and have access to my current address. How am I going to receive a letter at an address I no longer live at. Citi bank locking peoples money is a reoccurring thing. Please help me recover my funds. Attached is my bank statement from the account my funds were transferred from.
