Beginning XXXX or so, there have been series of requests 1. to assist me in the emergency situation and 2, to reduce or to suspend my payments for a few months, Then there was a request to close my account XXXX and to let me change my address, There have been THREE complaints filed with CFPB - two complaints of XX/XX/year> and one complaint of XX/XX/year>. The only replies provided by this predatory company have been " the company is still working on response ''. Meantime, they have been bombarding me with demands of the ever increasing payments. Well, the attack of the XXXX, Bank of America, and XXXX on my credit worthiness via cutting off my credit lines and making the credit to debt ratio less than 1:1, FOR NO REASON, killed my business and any possibility of my ever being able to pay off my credit cards. Before the credit card cumulative attack a few months ago, my credit rating was VERY GOOD and THERE HAD BEEN NO LATE PAYMENTS EVER,. As of today, my credit rating is " poor '' and I am a total financial and physical ruin, I can not file for bankruptcy from XXXX, And I can not return to the XXXX, because, as of today, my only income is a very small SSA, I have only one working credit card left- XXXX with the credit limit {$2000.00}. My business has been killed by the credit cards and credit bureaus, I do not feel responsible for any nonworking credit cards, which remain open with the only purpose- to multiply the bank bills and fees. The only credit card I am responsible for is XXXX with the credit limit of {$2000.00} the limit remains what it is and has been, I have been repeatedly demanding that Bank of Amerika close my account XXXX. And now I demand that they close my XXXX Rewards card XXXX, because a week ago they declined payment for a grocery bill. I ALSO DEMAND YET AGAIN THAT THEY CEASE AND DESIST, I shall file for bankruptcy as soon as I can find an attorney who will be willing to do it free of charge,
