I have a prepaid visa card issued through a business partner based on your sales activities. You redeem points and they add money to your card. This is a visa card with an expiration date of XXXX and above it says in bold " Funds Do Not Expire '. I would check the balance of the card and specifically after a reload and my last known balance was {$4500.00}. I mark changes on the card. I contacted XXXX to request a replacement card and because I could not log in to my account. They advised they have no information, the data is no longer there, and my funds are gone as per some agreement. I am not sure why an agreement would differ from what is written on the card. The end result was they would not help me. I contacted the issuing partner and they have moved to a different platform and are no longer offering assistance with these cards. I believe because they are not problem free. I saved the card to use for large purchases and oddly any time I went to use the card it was declined, they said they were worried about fraud, and that it would be frozen for XXXX hours. You can imagine most retailers are not waiting XXXX hours for payment. I again decide today to use the card as I have a large purchase looming and realized it was expired. I have received replacement cards before and did not realize that this time would be an issue. I am hoping you can assist as {$4500.00} is a significant amount of money, and I was taxed not he earning to boot.
