On XX/XX/year>, I received an email notification from Robinhood stating that my account was being restricted due to unrecognized actions. Despite my attempts to address these issues through proper channels, Robinhood didnt want to answer and give my money back and chose to freeze my account without warning. As a result, I am unable to access the funds which is XXXX $ held in my Robinhood account According to the email notifications received from Robinhood, all eligible funds will be returned. However, I can not reach my Robinhood account, and there isnt an answer when I can reach my account again. However, the sudden restrictions of my account without adequate communication or opportunity to address the issues is unjust and has caused significant inconvenience and financial hardship. I filed this complaint to find a solution.
