When I followed up to ask why they didn't come to collect the furniture I was told " the account manager was no longer working for XXXX ''. I again gave them the location of the furniture and followed up numerous times. XXXX XXXX XXXX never collected the furniture despite my efforts and fullfilling the agreement. I am requesting the immediate removal of the XXXX XXXX XXXX chargeoff and the Complete Credit Solutions Collection from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.
