I have a Citibank Citi / XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of the benefits is a {$10.00} credit towards XXXX XXXX. Up to {$120.00} back on eligible XXXX purchases Earn a statement credit of up to {$10.00} per monthly billing statement on eligible XXXX purchases, for a total of up to {$120.00} every XXXX billing statements. Citi has not processed these credits since XXXX for most customers. I have not had a credit XXXX, XXXX and they are now saying we need to wait XXXX more months to get this credit. This is what they have said everytime I have called them I have asked them to issue manual credits but they say they can't do that. After waiting for months- XXXX emails, XXXX chat sessions I am reaching out here to file a complaint interestingly if I am late by a day they wil charge me a fee- but they feel being 6 months late is ok : ) XXXX
