I received communication on XX/XX/XXXX stating my loans were being placed in a forbearance and interest would not accrue during the forbearance period. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received another communication stating interest would accrue during the forbearance period. Upon review of my loans, it appears interest has in fact been accruing since I was placed in forbearance. I am also concerned none of my prior payments has been applied to the principal amount on multiple loans. I can not confirm any information regarding the amounts applied to principal and interest per loan as MOHELA does not provide this information, even when making a payment. In addition to the prior complaint, I was an individual that was affected by the delaying of XXXX application which I submitted in XX/XX/year>. I was told by a customer service representative in XX/XX/year> that my application would be processed and placed into a forbearance, which was false and any change was never communicated to me. There is a severe lack of transparency by MOHELA, which, combined with all the other issues MOHELA has, has hurt millions of Americans.
