Subject : Urgent Request to Resolve Account Lock Due to Identity Verification Dear Bank of America Customer Support Team, My name is XXXX XXXX and I have been a loyal customer of Bank of America for the past 6 years. My account number is XXXX and I am writing to express my urgent concern regarding the complete block of my account, which has left me unable to access essential funds. Recently, I attempted to update my phone number in the Security Center of my online banking profile to reflect my current international contact number. The update was successful. Impact of the Account Access Blocked : My account holds approximately {$700.00}, which I urgently need for living expenses. My XXXX daughters account, also with Bank of America, contains {$2000.00}, which she needs immediately for her regular expenses. Request for Resolution : I respectfully requested that Bank of America provide an alternative method for identity verification, given my circumstances.
