I was not provided with the original signed contract with my signature nor was I provided with apayment history associated with the account or proof of ownership of this account or verification of the original creditor. According to law 15 USC 1692 CC, " If a consumer notifies a debt collector that the consumer refuses to pay a debt, the debt collector must cease all communication. Therefore, reporting to my consumer report is a form of communication. I have made attempts to dispute on my credit reports but it hasn't been removed from either of them.
