I disputed charges made with my debit card to an XXXX account that is not mine. I disputed this with my bank and they " investigated '' it by asking XXXX to confirm the charges. XXXX told the bank the product was main to my address but I did not order the item and the item did not come to me. I disputed again and my bank still did not remove the charge. My bank which I banked with for 30 years says the charge is mine with out any evidence oif this nor have they provided me any evidence of this. I should have limited liability for fraud.
