I am filing this complaint regarding a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX issued by Blackhawk Network Holdings , Inc., which has been completely unusable. Despite filing a prior case ( # XXXX ) requesting a resolution and asking for a check to replace the cards value, no action has been taken to resolve the matter. Instead, I received an unhelpful and dismissive response that failed to address the issue. The card can not be used with any online merchant. I have attempted to use it at multiple retailers, and each time I receive an error stating that the purchase can not be processed due to an issue with the card. This has occurred consistently, with no exceptions, across all platforms Ive tried. It is extremely frustrating that I must now file another complaint because Blackhawk Network Holdings has chosen not to address the problem appropriately. Their refusal to replace the unusable card with a check is unreasonable and unacceptable. I have used countless gift cards in the past and never encountered one that was completely nonfunctional. This is by far the most disappointing experience I have had with any rewards or gift card provider. I am demanding that Blackhawk Network Holdings issue a check for the value of this unusable card immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will continue to escalate the issue by filing further complaints, including with the XXXX XXXX XXXX and other consumer protection organizations, to ensure they are held accountable.
