For the record, this account and the late payment reporting of XX/XX/XXXX is disputed. Note to XXXX and XXXX, this account has been disputed earlier this year several times and I am disputing the late payments reported on XX/XX/XXXX to my credit reports. I have disputed the account with XXXX XXXX as both AmeriCredit Financial XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and dealership XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX fraudulently created a second unauthorized retail installment sale contract dated XX/XX/XXXX, and forged a signature purported to be mine that they are using to enforce the alleged auto loan, but I never consented or had knowledge of this fraudulent contract. They created this fraudulent contract for financial gain so they could securitize the contract and receivables and sell it to a XXXX entity so they could sell it on the secondary market/stock exchange while never providing me any monetary consideration. I sent them a 12 CFR 1026.13 and 15 USC Section 1666 notice of billing error dispute for the entire account, my account was in good standing and paid through XX/XX/XXXX, but when I learned that both parties were using the fraudulent and forged unauthorized contract dated XX/XX/XXXX to enforce the alleged auto loan they never funded, I started to withhold payments as of XX/XX/XXXX provided by the law and because we are in active litigation in the XXXX XXXX XXXX Washington Case No. XXXX and appeal with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where all evidence and documents are filed with both courts. you can view and download all case files from XXXX XXXX XXXX reported false derogatory information about the account being late as of XX/XX/XXXX, causing irreparable harm to my constitutional rights, liberty interests, reputation and financial stability, creditworthiness and have been harassing me and I am afraid for my life. I have reported them to the police, FBI, Federal Trade Commission, XXXX, and other agencies, but XXXX XXXX and XXXX do not want to abide by the law. Please help me.
