I obtained a new XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX and deactivated my old device, an XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was charged for XXXX on the old device in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX on the device. XXXX refused to refund me. I am unable to dispute the charges because disputes for XXXX get routed from their credit card services to their XXXX team. I am unable to request a refund through another means. Their system omits XXXX as an option. My old phone was an XXXX XXXX XXXX. I upgraded to an XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I upgraded the name of my phone remained XXXX XXXX XXXX despite being the XXXX model.
