I have sent XXXX XXXX different items in an attempt to have my signature loans forgiven. They denied it for a second time after I sent my bankruptcy discharge with their own account listed! I have sent in a copy of my Social Security earnings. They do NOT offer a list of items to send in. You talk to someone on the phone. Ive already sent in my Borrowers discharge for XXXX XXXX. Second time I sent in my XXXX bankruptcy discharges. After they denied that I asked again, what do I need to send in to show that I do not have the income to pay for these loans. It is a financial hardship. On XX/XX/year> I sent in a social security statement that I printed from Social security website that shows I have NO income. XXXX/MOHELA has not responded and its been over 60 days.
