As part of a settlement agreement, which Citibank claims it has honored, balance on accounts including Bestbuy are to be waived in full. I have not been able to obtain a hard copy of credit report, unable to confirm trade line waiver on credit file, however, my online Bestbuy account still shows a balance due with past due payment. Further, my attorney has not received settlement payment, due by XXXX XXXX.It appears Citibank has not fully honored settlement agreement.
