I applied for the Chase United Club MileagePlus Visa card offer on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a promotional offer for XXXX united points and XXXX pqp points after XXXX spend in the first 3 months. The cost was {$520.00}. After being accepted, I immediately called Chase to confirm that i would get the XXXX points AND the XXXX pqp points. I said i did not want the card, if my offer package did not include the XXXX pqp... but was ensured multiple times the XXXX pqp points were included. I asked for a reference number and I was told it would be emailed to me but never was. PQP points are used by United Airlines for Status which was important for me to get extra legroom for myself and XXXX who have XXXX XXXX XXXX. After reaching well over {$5000.00} in credit card spend, i received XXXX points but no PQP. I called multiple times in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to confirm the XXXX PQP would come and multiple Chase representatives told me they saw the offer, the note and it should post any day. In XXXX and XXXX, I escalated multiple times to Chase representatives who said they would send a response in XXXX weeks. I receive multiple times a response that it was not a valid offer with no remediation options. I clicked on a link offered to me by Chase/United , I confirmed the offer the and was told multiple times it was a valid offer. I set my credit card spend around reaching a certain United Status and Chases ' failure to deliver the XXXX PQP has stopped me from preventing the desired status. Well also not ideal, if i was informed earlier I would have adjusted my spending patterns to reach this goal. Chase 's dishonesty and inability to address this issue is causing a real issue for me and my family.
