Sir, I have complained about fraud happened on my XXXX bank credit card on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and after getting msg alert on my email and XXXX bank app, I logged compliant on your customer care number and immediately blocked my card on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I have received an email from your bank that my case is resolved and closed. After that I called on customer care and they are telling the matter is not in my favour and I have to pay entire huge amount of XXXX to the bank. Sir, I have not given any otp or link shared, so why I have to pay as this amount is neither spent by me or purchaed any article for me. Kindly do the needful and waive off the unauthorised outstanding amount from my card. As per XXXX guidelines, It does not come under customers liability, even after if customer 's fault is there, he is responsible to XXXX only, so why to pay full amount.
