I was to receive a a payroll direct deposit from my employer on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX which is 2 days earlier than the original pay date for XX/XX/XXXX on Friday. I found that I have not received my direct deposit on Wednesday as I was supposed to then I discovered that the app called Earnin.com had taken the direct deposit without my authorization and attempted to disperse it to a close XXXX XXXX account. I stopped using Earnin.com and XXXX XXXX 2 years ago and they count should have been closed however the XXXX XXXX account was closed and they attempted to take the direct deposit as they would never authorized even 2 years ago and send it to the closed account now I am not receiving my funds and they are refusing to release my funds. I can not contact them all the way but to text them and they're not picking up the phone at all to answer and they're hiding behind the typewriter and becoming rude and manipulative and my friends have been held since Wednesday which is almost a week and I have not received my payroll check.
