went to website XXXX XXXX XXXX to activate cards for online use input cards info on website, but website said contact phone number on back of cards called number on back of cards, was told to use the website tried website again, didn't work called company again, they said send FAX of photo ID asked for email address, as this is more secure and do not have a way to fax was told company doesn't use email - spoke to supervisor who said same thing, only fax reading online, this is a common issue with this company some have faxed ID and never hear from the company some have gotten an email address from them have XXXX of these Visa gift cards received as gift ( have XXXX receipt ), but both have same issue trying to activate the card for use
