JP Morgan Chase sent me an email stating that if I spent {$150.00} or more on my Chase Freedom credit card between XXXX and XXXX in XXXX of the following XXXX categories : Fitness clubs & Gym memberships, Utilities, Local Transit & commuting, Insurance, Phone cable & internet service I would receive a {$15.00} statement credit. I Activated the offer and spent the {$150.00} on XXXX. The offer further states to allow up to XXXX weeks for the credit to post to my account. On XXXX I still had not received the offer, so I called Chase. XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with XXXX, who told me I needed to call XXXX. When I called that number, it was the Chase travel service. I then called and spoke with XXXX. She shows the offer, but I am not getting the {$15.00} statement credit. How can a credit card company make an offer, you spend the amount needed to get the offer, and then the credit company simply refuses to honor the offer? Next I turned Chase into the Better Business Bureau. Chase confirmed the offer, but is making the ludicrous claim that I decided to spend the required {$150.00} to earn the {$15.00} statement credit, but decided not to sign up for the offer.
