On XXXX i received a call from Citi indicating there were possible fraud charges on my Best Buy account. I immediately disputed these charges. I later found out the entity that did this misused all my credit cards with logos and my bank account. Sfter investigations, all charges were deleted and new cards were issued. The only merchant that insists in making me respisible is Citi. In fact, on that date there were 3 fraud charges for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. They deleted the XXXX, but will charge me the other 2 amounts. All of these charges were done by XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. Those charges were not mine. I do not know the entity involved.
