Consumer Narrative
My XXXXXXXX XXXX business debit card was stolen and a charge was made fraudulently without our consent. I filed a dispute with XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2024. I was told a provisional credit would be credited to our account in 1-3 business days while a investigation be conducted. Today I was not able to access account as if it is closed. I also never received a dispute confirmation number or email. I request that this situation be governed for constructive fraud being caused by this major bank.
