XXXX is due to be forgiven but MOHELA told me to go into forbearance while they wait for the count to update on their side. They refused to put the account into forbearance claiming it was XXXX month paid ahead. I initially attempted to call last week and placed a callback request ( XXXX hour estimated ). No callback was ever received. After waiting over XXXX hours on the phone today, XX/XX/year>, I asked to go into forbearance due to the loan reaching the XXXX qualified payments. When I asked to go into forbearance they told me it was not possible because the loan balance is paid 1 month ahead. I asked for clarification and they said to wait another 2 months. I told them I've already paid and reached my total required payments and they hung up on me.
